Donut Bar started with a simple belief: a donut should taste like something worth getting out of bed for. Not mass-produced. Not sitting under a heat lamp. Actually fresh.
We bake in small batches starting at 4 AM, right here on Monmouth Avenue. Every batch is hand-rolled, proofed slowly, and fried to order. Our glazes are made from scratch — no premixed powders, no shortcuts.
We source local ingredients whenever we can — Oregon strawberries, Willamette Valley honey, real butter from the valley. It makes a difference you can taste in the first bite.
